Resort Information: Check in time is 3 PM on Saturday and departure time is Saturday
10 AM, unless other arranges are made. A gate card and key will be given to guest upon arrival. The gate card must be returned
to owner or agent at departure. All of the Lhasa Properties are No Smoking and No Pet units. Quiet times are from 10 PM until 8
AM. Speed limit in the resort is 9 MPH. Place trash in a plastic bag near lamp before 10 AM for pick up. Please observe these
rules and keep our Resort a safe and enjoyable place to vacation.
$200 damage deposit, plus $50 gate card deposit, plus $250 reservation deposit is due
with this document to hold your reservation. The balance is due three weeks before
occupancy. The damage deposit and gate card deposit will be returned within 30 days
of departure, less any amount held to repair damage or excessive cleaning need.
